Our platforms use artificial intelligence to generate content, analyse trends, and optimise marketing performance. This processing involves:

All AI-generated content passes through a human approval workflow before publication. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made without human oversight.
Aggregate intelligence: We generate anonymised, aggregate insights from platform usage across multiple clients to improve our AI models and sector-level content strategies. This aggregate data cannot identify any individual user or business. Ownership of all aggregate intelligence remains with HumAIn Technologies Ltd.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service providers: cloud hosting (Hetzner, Supabase), AI model providers (Anthropic), media rendering services (Templated.io), and analytics tools — all under data processing agreements
- Social media platforms: when publishing content on your behalf to connected accounts (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
- Legal requirements: where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
We do not share client data between organisations. Each client's data is isolated through row-level security controls in our database.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United Kingdom, European Union, and (for AI model processing) the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EU, we ensure adequate protections are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
- Active accounts: for the duration of the service agreement plus 12 months
- Website enquiries: 24 months from last contact
- Platform usage logs: 36 months for performance analysis, then anonymised
- Legal and compliance records: as required by applicable law
