We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
Our IP: All technology, software, AI models, algorithms, pipeline architectures, prompt engineering, system designs, aggregate intelligence, sector-level insights, and platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of HumAIn Technologies Ltd. Clients receive a licence to use the platform; they do not acquire ownership of any underlying technology.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content, brand assets, media, and data you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of providing our services (content generation, rendering, publishing, and performance analysis).
Generated Content: Content generated by our platform using your brand profile and guidelines is licensed to you for your unrestricted commercial use. The underlying AI systems and methodologies used to generate that content remain our intellectual property.
Aggregate Intelligence: Anonymised, aggregate insights derived from cross-client and cross-sector analysis are the exclusive property of HumAIn Technologies Ltd. This aggregate intelligence does not contain identifiable client data and is used to improve our AI models and services for all clients.

We aim to maintain high availability of our platforms but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For clients under service agreements, data processing terms are specified in the applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Our platform integrates with third-party services including social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube), media rendering services, and AI model providers. Your use of these services through our platform is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or practices of third-party services.
Service fees are as specified in your individual client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold HumAIn harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the service relationship, including but not limited to platform architecture details, pricing terms, business strategies, and client data. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement.
Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms of the applicable client agreement. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
